Jet fans should trademark this. We've been saying it for so long.

watched the game with a friend of mine who doesn't really watch the Jets. Here are some of his thoughts during the game

Wow, the Jets O line is pretty bad
Disco Sanchez(nick name given because of wacky foot work in the pocket)
over/under on how many yards gained before INT/Fumble
why aren't they running the ball more

and as the game rolled into the 3rd qtr...

So does he throw the pick on 2nd or 3rd down.
You still have another chance, plenty of time to get the ball back for another pick.
You know what you need to do Rex, put in Tebow for some 4th qtr magic.

I was yelling for them to kick the FG and then play D, have the K shank another punt and then kick another FG to win the game because I knew we had no chance and the people around me probably thought I was nuts. I had no confidence in Sanchez at all last night as the game went on, even on that last drive I knew he would screw it up, just not on 1st down. Prob one of the top 3 worst games I've ever watched as a Jets fan.

    Good man.

After the horrific events of last Friday, all this football stupidity is trivialized beyond belief. Next year it is.

In 6 games this year the Offense scored 10-0-9-7-7-and 10 last night all losses except the Cards game that the team won 7-6.. The D should sue the O for lack of support and all the overtime they spent after numerous 3 and outs..

Good point.....i was thinking this too.The Jets may have been able to pull out the W last night if they just automatically brought in Folk when they reached the 35......Kickin FG's on 1st downs gives us the best chance to win

    Amen.

I used to get so worked up over this f*cking team. Last season was the worst of it. Now I just let it go. It's just not worth it, and there's much more important things to worry about.

I know Sanchez can't be cut, but i hope this means he's a backup next year.

I stopped yelling and screaming years ago.
It's a lot easier to deride this team on the internet anyway.

Now its just muttering and cane shaking.

Jets are ranked 28th in scoring this season.

Take out the opening day aberration of the Buffalo win and we're more likely fighting Jacksonville for #31.

If you want to see what you have to base your decisions on for next year, then start McElroy.
Neither Sanchez or Tebow should be back next year. So this makes the most sense.

Got it! Suckchez stinks the place out so we dump Tebow. Not saying that Tebow played enough this year but Suck's fans need a guy to dump on.

The dude is a muscle bound idiot who has weight lifted himself into a slow footed fullback who cant block.

Yay you have big muscles, now what, mongo?

Gee when did Tebow get extensive playing time so that you can make such a brilliant observation?

Yesterday? When he was for an entire series and outside of one run looked like he had no clue what he was doing. Sanchez sucks but that doesn't mean Tebow doesn't. The only other quarterback on this team was in street clothes last night.

It should be McElroy. Tebow is gone after the season. No reason to start him. He sucks anyway. Let's see what the Jets have in McElroy.

@RichCimini: I'm told Rex still discussing QB dec with staff, but looks like McElroy. However, Tebow still involved in equation. This could be weird.

Five seconds is enough to clearly see that this UFL...CFL..AFL quality failure SUCKS as an NFL QB

Fortunately he'll be cut on the Monday after the final game in Buffalo
