I disagree. Sanchez's epic failure has very much to do with himself, I don't think anyone has argued that point. But make no mistake this team has done him no favors between horrible coaches, horrible players around him, horrible decisions with this ridiculous Tebow signing and wildcat, etc... Mark may have never succeeded no matter what. Probably wouldn't have. But that doesn't give guys like Cavanaugh, Shotyy, Sparano, Rex, and Tannenbaum a pass.

Dilfer is biased towards QBs who enjoy playoff success when they are only a very minor component of the team, since he was one. He had a self-interest in promoting Sanchez as good because of playoff success. Generally, he analyzes the position well though. Many were wrong about Mark, it's not the end of the world for Dilfer as an analyst.

Rex was the d-line coach when Dilfer was on the Ravens, could be bad blood, have to assume there was some trash talk in that locker room...

Trent vs Rex cage match - maybe the Jets are just collateral damage

and with a career 55% completion rate he can relate to Sanchez

He has taken to him to task, especially after the Titans game. The fact you dont like that he offers up some other explanations in addition to just Mark sucks probably rubs you the wrong way.
