Saturday Night Football: Falcons at Lions

Detroit called a timeout after their first play and the fans started booing, lol. Reminded me of that time under Schotty we received the kickoff and were forced to take a timeout before we ran our first offensive play. Ah good times

So why did they move this to Saturday night? I mean I get Christmas Eve is Monday, but so what? They've had games on Xmas eve, Xmas day...

    Megatron with a huge run.

The Lions are hilariously Jets like, maybe worse because they probably have more talent

I hope Megatron gets 2000 yards this season. Got friends in Detroit and Detroit ffriends living here. Always gives me a soft spot for the Lions.

And when you don't have Revis and Cromartie, that's what happens when you play good WRs in the NFL

I watch the Falcons and I know they're good, but there is just something about them that tells me they're not a Super Bowl team. Constant playoff choker.

They are 7-0 at home and after they win this will have home field advantage throughout. Scary good under the dome in the regular season with Matt Ryan.

Jim Schwartz - former great DC, current questionable head coach

Many say the same thing about Rex

    One difference

Schwartz can't even put together a decent defense in Detroit whereas Rex manages to put a better than average (maybe top 10 and better) defense on the field every season

While one of these teams is complete ****, it's pretty awesome watching receivers like Megatron and Roddy White. Damn they are good. Make our receivers look like high schoolers.

Atlanta's Offense looks like the Patsies O the first year they had Moss. 6 screens in a row followed by a deep ball for 6.

With a lot more talent and hope for next year. All they need to do is get rid of that dip**** coach and they'll be good to go.
