    No only signing bonus cant be transferred. The 8.25 base salary is guaranteed but can be transferred. Your still talking about a 9 mil cap hit to trade him but better then the 12.4 mil it is to keep him IMO.

    It's really getting out of hand with all the penalties on defenders. I also hate how the announcers don't talk about it or show a replay and question the call.
