Sparano will be gone once we hire a new GM. All the dominoes will start to fall after that happens.

Nonetheless, how comfortable can it be now in the coaching room between Ryan and Sparano after reading that Ryan wants Sparano gone? It's out there, whether true or not. Although I'm sure Ryan is denying it to Sparano.

Cohen actually wouldn't be terrible. He has a strong scouting background. He worked under Tom Heckert with the Eagles.

He's not the sexy pick mainly because he's an internal candidate, and I wouldn't say he's my top choice, but I don't think he'd be a bad one either.

Not necessary. It could still be Ross, who seems very impressive.

Dorsey and Heckert are being tied to KC. With Heckert as GM and Dorsey under him. Not sure what role, or if it will come to be.
