I don't know about most of you folks but if you have ever played organized sports, trash talking is pretty common at every level. Nothing, and I mean nothing, ever seemed to be off limits. Mothers, girl friends, wives, race, religion, sexuality, you name it. Even Anthony said he responded badly to Garnett's mouth and should have just told him to **** off (in so many words.)
BTW, I could name about five, maybe six, players in the NBA, so saying this is homerism is bull****. All I know about the two of them is that Garnett is notorious for this crap. It seems like what he intended to do (getting Anthony off his game) succeeded. That's all I got.
