Common.... 2 goals on 10 shots.... That's worse than his series .847.

Isles are playin dirty. Like there is no tomorrow.... wait, there may not be.
We've owed you guys a series loss for 23 years now.
    Good luck in the third.

They have completely dominated the first two periods and only have two goals to show for it. Two bad line changes and the Pens light the lamp twice. Very frustrating.

You guys are so freakin aggessive, its almost criminal. I didn't say illegal... I said criminal.
The elbows have been up all game but not up so much that they're going to the head. Just inside legal.

Isles are so much more entertaining than the Rangers it isn't even funny. I think they proved to themselves that they can play with anyone.

Go kick rocks, then get a pair of new glasses.

Both teams looked like they were skating wearing Frankenstein boots and the only reason the Islanders were even in the series was because Fleury was so pathetic.

Damn. They had this game. Perhaps more than any in the series. You have to bury the puck in the net when it's there. We lost this in the 2nd period. Should have been up 3 goals.

I'll tell you what about the Pens. When they *want* to play, they are unbelievable. If they played with the Islanders intensity, they would have easily won in 4 games.

Either way, what a fun year. I hope Wang opens up the wallet a bit and brings in some top flight D men. Maybe even a goalie. Future is bright.

Great series. The Isles maybe the best 8 seed I've seen in ages. Tough team.

    Lets go Pens

Question- is there ANY way the Isles stay on Long Island at this point? My understanding is the deal with the Barclays Center is not signed yet.

I don't know. I think the Nassau ship has sailed. But it goes to show you how team performance impacts these type of situations. Wang's decision to not field a competitive team the past 5 years certainly didn't help the Lighthouse project and subsequent referendum defeat.
