You do know there other options for news other then Rupert Murdoch owned networks, right? Also, its okay to watch other programs besides Sean Hannity, Bill O' Reilly and Tom & Jerry cartoons.

I wonder if Bill Ayers really wrote Dorner's manifesto?

Why is it hard to understand that answering lies with different lies is not something to highlight. If you are interested in leveling the playing field you need to offer the consumer an outlet that presents unbiased news.

It's the nature of the beast, IMO. "Truth" doesn't have a big lobbying PAC behind it, so nobody's pushing it too hard. This is what becomes of 'media' after a two-party, multi-generational supremacy. You begin to have the fight between "Yellow Journalism" and "Red Journalism", like in Germany in the early 30s.

The only way to discern "truth" anytime anybody is speaking to (or at) you, is to use the ability to reason that God (or whomever) gave you. Just believing what one side or one outlet tells you would ALWAYS seem like a bad idea to me.

Good luck with that...after 50 years of biased reporting, this IMO, levels the field best we can. You want Nirvana? Foo Fighters is all I can offer.

You seem to believe that people are ignorant and unable to think for themselves and sort out the truth. That is a major facet of liberal/socialist thinking.

You have it here and I totally agree.

It seems like FOX is like an "AFFIRMATIVE ACTION PROGRAM". One designed to right the wrongs of lying liberal media for decades.

Fox seems to have more TRUTH than the boys at MSNBC or CNN.
Is there not a deficit? Is there not high unemployment? Are there not enormous giveaways to the dregs of our society? THe lies and exclusion of the truth is the story line at ABC, CBS, NBC at MSNBC/CNN.

It does not level anything. If anything it tilts the field further towards imbalance.

And I absolutely think that the average person is either not capable of (in some cases) or too lazy to sort out the truth. But you are wrong to think that it's a liberal/socialist way of thinking; all I hear from the fox acolytes is how liberals cannot think for themselves and are slaves to the main stream media. It goes both ways, my friend.

One station versus all of them tilts the imbalance???

on your 2nd point....Difference is...we as conservatives will allow all people to bear the consequences of their lack of information. Libs put programs to try to balance it. None have historically worked.

The "Truth" can't be handled by the general public, that's why it's clasified top secret.

Isn't it special the way the federales only apply RICO to groups outside law enforcement?

    http://www.policemisconduct.net/

Because, gee, I dunno, I wouldn't want to be a member of a PD that has these criminals. I might be guilty of association and what not.

thats such speculative bs and you know it.

a lot of people like guns.....and just like anything else people have more than one. it doesnt make it an "arsenal" its just something the guy enjoys. I have 2 assault rifles, 2 other rifles and 6 handguns....does that mean that Im up to no good?
why can you have an interest in collecting cabbage patch dolls? you spend 20 percent of your free income to collect all of them skanky dolls and you wouldnt want anyone to tell you how to spend you money, right?
for some guys, its comics....others motorcycles , others sports memorbillia ........what does the gun guy have to explain.

Oh wait, now I know. He's black, and loves democrats. It doesn't fit the piss stream media template narrative.

If his manifesto stated his love an appreciation for the NRA, Sarah Palin and Rush Limbough, I'm sure this would have gotten some coverage.

Because gun guys are killing people with their hobbies and selling their guns to criminals when they get tired of them.

People who collect **** also sell their **** to other people at some point. Unlike guns Mickey Mantle Jersey's aren't going to be used to kill your wife although his bat might beat her to death.
