    Except that save for the awful move of extending Sanchez, the Jets aren't in terrible cap shape. Our main problem is that we don't have a QB but are paying someone starting QB money.

    Not so much a cap management issue as opposed to a talent identification one.

    As bad as the Scott/Pace/Harris deals were, the Jets are in a perfectly viable cap situation....if they had a QB. This year is a little tight, but it opens up considerably.

    Well having your highest contracts tied up in some of your worst players is not good.

    @BobGlauber: I'm sure Belichick is fine w that. MT @RapSheet: Sprinter Jeff Demps has informed Pats he's returning to track. But wants to play 2 sports.
