That is correct. And that is not just for us, that is for Miami and Buffalo as well.

    Positive.

2001-2011 Patriots have 15 playoff wins and 3 Super Bowl titles.

No other team is even close.

    Oh god I hope not

    We can be #2!!!

It's the truth. Pats are one of the best teams in the league, let alone the division.

you need to go by decade. 2000-2009 11 playoff wins and 3 sb

    4 sb's trump 3

I can manipulate the 49ers 10 year period as well.

Your team has had obvious success, but they are not the only ones.

    that's my point.

like i wrote, i think it would be interesting to see how that played out. if the jets dealt revis to SF, for example, they could have a late first rounder, or an early 2nd rounder, or both, or they could have either pick 31 or 34, as well as a late 2nd. or more. the jets could wind up with 5 picks in the first 2 days. they could conceivably address 5 needs with those picks. or they could draft a qb and hope. just saying. idzik can come out a hero or goat very quickly.

I said over a 10-year period, not by decade.

Manipulate the 49ers as much as you want, but they won't come close to 15 playoff wins and 3 Super Bowl titles.

    That's my point.

    They're actually the worst.

Two points. First, the Ravens, an AFC team, won the SuperBowl. So unless they switch conferences, the road to the Bowl goes through them. Second, until the Jets get a "big league" QB, it won't matter what they do, or don't do, with Revis.

I was told Woody Johnson never had intention of making Revis a "Jet for Life" by signing him to long-term deal after 4yr deal in '10

    You can't compare

An additional team for playoffs started in 1991.

Not so fast on 49ers' and #Jets CB Darrelle Revis. High-ranking team source says 49ers' interest is ".001 on a scale of 1-10."

Whatever. One day they're in, one day they're out.

Tomorrow will be heavy interest. Two days from now will be none.

    How do you define "pennies"?

I'm being serious. Because if you think the Jets aren't getting high picks (1st and/or 2nd day under new draft schedule), then you're smoking crack.

This won't be a Hershell Walker/Ricky Williams scenario, but the Jets would get a good draft haul for Revis, even with him still rehabbing the injury.

Again, there is no way Revis plays for anyone without a new deal so he and his agents will also be working on getting this done.
