I voted over because i believe in this team but this question really comes down to qb play. Good qb play and we are over. Bad qb play and we are under. Simple as that

if Jets win 6 games next year - it will be good. 8 -and Rex is a coach of the year.

LOL. I know I'm coming off like a nut, but I truly still love my team. If we win over four games, I'll be stunned.

Really? Predicting wins when FA has just started, we haven't had the draft or late off-season signings and have no clue of our roster when the season starts? Really? Jets fans are the dumbest f*cks on the planet. Why do we do these exercises in futility?

Wow, the Jets can easily go 0-8 on the road next year.

Jets will be underdogs in every game except Cleveland, Tampa and Oakland at home.

It is in the best Jets interest to win 0 games next year.

This team, as currently constructed, is awful. ill say 2-14.

Revis to Tampa will put them over the top in being favorites vs the Jets.

I will never, ever support any regime that purposely loses. I don't care how bad the team is, you don't throw games or lose on purpose. You don't teach people how to lose, and that it's okay.

It's different if you just suck.

Can you imagine if Revis does go to Tampa and the Jets open the season at home against the Bucs?

And Sanchez is the QB? He'll get 5 INTs for sure.

The Jets will be one of the 5 WORST teams in the NFL, perhaps the bottom 2 or 3. If anyone wants to bet the over, please PM me. I'll lay considerable money on the under for 2013.

    6-8 wins.

Honest question -- what makes us a minimum of three games worse than last year?

Harder schedule? That's tough to say until you see the teams on the field. But otherwise, I don't see where this dramatic drop-off is occurring.

    1) You can't count trading Revis b/c he barely played last year anyway.

2)You can't assume Sanchez will be worse b/c (a) that might not be possible and (b) Morningwheg HAS to be an upgrade over Sparano. And if he does tank, putting Garrard in should yield better results than any backup we had last year.

    3) Hopefully we get Holmes back and Hill makes some strides.

    4) We've got young talent on the D-Line that will hopefully improve

    5) We have a draft with more picks than usual and a GM that many here believe will take a different (better?) approach toward building the team.

I'm not saying 10-6, I just honestly don't understand why people are expecting WORSE (and in your case significantly worse) than the debacle of the past two years . . .

If we have a halfway decent QB I think we'll win more games than last year.

I see us 4-7 wins. But would not surprise me if we won 2-3. We may not win a game on the road.

One thing is for certain. There is no chance we go .500 or have a winning record next year. None!
