    I would say either Seattle or Denver. Miami signed possibly the biggest name but thats about it. The 2 linebackers were pretty much swapped in so that doesn't make much of a difference. Welker could be huge for Denver. But overall I would probably say Seattle. There's really no team this year thats pulling a philly type free agency frenzy.
