Great signing if official, young, not a lot of wear on his tires, good receiver and nice speed. Never really got a chance. When he filled in as a starter for Carolina a few years back he gained 390 yards in three games. Lots of upside.

Those are the three games back in 2010 I was referring to, both Williams and Stewart were injured during those games. Interesting note is that he gained over 100 yards against the Ravens, a defense that was notorious for not allowing 100 yard rushers back then (I think they had the longest run in NFL history of not allowing one or something like that).
Another great note: He can really make the big play. Here are his longest gains on the ground and through the air during the two years he got real playing time:
