    Short the Yankees at 87 wins....free $$

For some reason Vegas still has the over/under for NY Yankee wins at 87- This team, with the injuries they have...the age of it's healthy players...& the competition in the AL East...will be lucky to get to 80 wins.

NOT Yankee hating, just an observer. Thoughts?

You're absolutely right Tucker. In fact, if I were you I'd find a book that has the Yankees o/u at 60 wins, and take the under. Bet your house, your car, you kids college tuition. Hard coin, hoss. It's a lock.

Huh? Take the best level offered, big fella....Mets will suk as well- just feel like they're fairly valued at 75. Vegas has Yanks at 87.....just thin it's an under bet, that's all.

Maybe you can give some of the money you win to the Wilpons so they can buy an outfielder.

I'll be reviving this thread as much as I did the "well known NY Post article about Steinbrenner" one.

Thanks for keeping the baseball forum fun, Tuckerman.

That's ok Fred Wilpon just doubled his money with a mutual fund with this guy named Madoff.

I don't know who is NY's most inept owner. It used to be Dolan but he has redeemed himself now it's got to be either Wilpon or Woody.

Not even close, it's Wilpon. Wilpon turned a big market franchise into a small one.

True but Woody Johnson has the mind of a child. A stupid one.
