LeGarrette Blount being shopped by the bucs

    http://profootballtalk.nbcsports.com...rrette-blount/

Just saw this on twitter. Not really a fan of his considering his drop off after his break out year, he's also a bigger slower pounding back which isn't really optimal for the WCO. Still though, I'm interested as to where he'll end up and if the Jets will give him a look or not.

He can really punch through an opponent's defense.

    Or his face.

There's the solution for the Jets. Blount and a 2 for Revis. Idzik saves face, Revis is gone. If the Bucs still want him. LOL

Sounds like you're joking, but that would be a terrible deal for the Jets.

I was kinda worried he was being serious too....I hope he's not.

If there is ANY revis trade that involves legarrette blount, I might have to pack up and move to hawaii and spend my days watching college ball

A joke. Bad deal for both teams for different reasons though.
Blount is worthless. Revis is a bank breaker.

Not the point. It's about greasing the wheels for the revis trade. We take on blount, helps tb get rid of him, helps idzik in the public eye as he gets that 1st rounder plus something additional (which is what tb seems reluctant to do). Win win. Maybe we get a fourth or something as well.

The real piece we want there is the 1st, but idzik will get a lot of crap if he gets JUST a first, and domonik will get a lot of crap if he gives up a first and a second. Blount helps short term perception for both sides.

    Really.

And I'm not too high on Blunt

The only starter from last year I'd rank lower then Greene. Pass.

Rather keep our picks thanks. Better rb's can be had in the mid to later rounds - Chris Michael, Knile Davis etc

    Blount for a blunt
