Tuck, who is writing your material for you these days? Good stuff, seriously.

I admit, funny Tucker is much better than miserable hater Tucker from a couple years back. Stick to it.

Overall Tejada is a better player. If Nunez learns to field at a competent level he'd be better than Tejada but that hasn't happened yet.
Nevermind the defense part, apparently Tejada forgot how to field. Tejada without good defense is worthless.

As usual, come August, the Mets threads will drop to the bottom of the page and the cream will rise to the top.

    Every year.

Very true about the mets unless they bring up wheeler and trade for a big bat, but the yankees are not that cream that will be rising. Anyone who actually thinks they have a chance to do anything besides sneak into playoffs and lose in the first round is really losing it.

I am not that thrilled with the Yankees infield.

Cano, 3 old injury prone/ injured guys and a catcher.

And we'll have Jeter, Tex and Arod all back in just a couple of months. Meantime our infield is actually adequate. It's an injury plagued team who do you want Mike Piazza, Mo Vaughn and Rey Ordonez?

Not Jeter, he has another small fracture in his ankle. Reports say he won't be back until after the all star break now...

We'll get a good look at Nunez, whether he can be our future SS or not.
