Thanks, Paradis...this thing has now completely taken over what passes for my life!

My personal favourite so far, out of many, many, many attempts. A typical trade down fest, where I concentrated on adding mid rounders. Loved the value of my #1 though not a top need. My #2s went slightly early due to a run on WRs and my personal infatuation with the beast from the East. Then added some pass-rush prospects and addressed both need and value the rest of the way. Man, this game is just tooooo addictive...

Should be fairly straightforward. If he doesn't do it, I want him fired in abject disgrace.

    How You Matched Up:
Interesting. I got a similar one Jordan and Warmack in the low first round, except reversed - Jordan first, then Warmack. I traded down and then back up to get the second first round pick. Is that what you did as well? I tried many times and had my offer rejected over and over until I offered SIX lower round picks inlcuding 2 in the second before I got the 21st 1st round pick. Does that square with reality in the pick values?

Let me just say, I love this game.

Never traded up, just down, and only when I wouldn't lose more than a few spots on the trade. Getting both Jordan and Wormack would be ridiculous, but hey, we can dream. Jets would have some truly spicy picks in the first if they got that 13 from Tampa though.

If we can't get Jordan and Warmack, hows about Ansah and Cooper...here is the mock I just completed. Enjoyed this one a lot:

Round 1 Pick 25 (MINN):*Jonathan Cooper, OG, North Carolina (A) - great fit for the new WCO scheme.
Round 2 Pick 7:*Jonathan Cyprien, SS, Florida International (A-) - beastly hitter at SS
Round 2 Pick 15 (DAL):*Eric Reid, FS, LSU (A) - beastly hitter at FS
Round 3 Pick 10:*Markus Wheaton, WR, Oregon State (B) - explosive, future Santonio replacement
Round 3 Pick 20 (MIA):*Vance McDonald, TE, Rice (B) - Ertz went early round 3, McDonald similar talent
Round 4 Pick 5 (MINN):*Ryan Nassib, QB, Syracuse (A) - steal of epic proportions. Future starter.
Round 4 Pick 13 (S.D.):*Christine Michael, RB, Texas A&M (A) - if healthy, new lead RB with power.
Round 4 Pick 30 (ATL):*Tyrann Mathieu, CB, LSU (A) - all he does is make plays. Nickel CB.
Round 5 Pick 8:*Zaviar Gooden, OLB, Missouri (A) - super fast LB will be cover specialist, ST demon

Round 6 Pick 10:*Chase Thomas, OLB, Stanford (A) - Value pick - hard working, versatile OLB

You're addicted. Fortunately, I've only done this 20 or 30 times, so I've still got it under control...

(This site is a LOT of fun)

Round 1 Pick 9: Tavon Austin, WR, West Virginia (A)
Round 2 Pick 7: Eric Reid, FS, LSU (A)
Round 3 Pick 10: Larry Warford, OG, Kentucky (B)
Round 4 Pick 9: Tyler Bray, QB, Tennessee (B)
Round 5 Pick 8: Marcus Lattimore, RB, South Carolina (A)
Round 6 Pick 10: Chris Gragg, TE, Arkansas (A)
    Round 7 Pick 9: Caleb Sturgis, K, Florida (A)

I'd love this draft, wish I got us a pass rusher though.

Your score is: 4437 (Drafting Ability: A, Player Quality A-, Future Draft Picks: N/A)

    Your Picks:
Round 1 Pick 9: Jarvis Jones, OLB, Georgia (A)
Round 2 Pick 7: Tyler Eifert, TE, Notre Dame (A)
Round 3 Pick 10: Jonathan Cyprien, SS, Florida International (A)
Round 4 Pick 9: Ryan Nassib, QB, Syracuse (A)

Bam. No trades. Sometimes you have to be lucky as to who falls.

    Probably played this 10 times.

My latest fix. This one was interesting as Geno Smith fell out of the top ten and, as many project, he then fell way down the first round. I was able to trade down several times to add picks and still land Austin and Smith to play pitch-catch in the NFL. Actually tried to trade up again into the late first to get the last pass-rusher (Moore) but Atlanta rejected my offer and picked him themselves at #30:

Round 1 Pick 16 (STL):*Tavon Austin, WR, West Virginia (A)
Round 1 Pick 29 (N.E.):*Geno Smith, QB, West Virginia (A)
Round 2 Pick 8 (TENN):*Margus Hunt, DE, Southern Methodist (B-)
Round 2 Pick 26 (DEN):*Jonathan Cyprien, SS, Florida International (A)
    Round 2 Pick 27 (N.E.):*Zach Ertz, TE, Stanford (A)
    Round 3 Pick 14 (S.D.):*Bacarri Rambo, FS, Georgia (A-)
Round 4 Pick 4 (PHI):*Brandon Jenkins, OLB, Florida State (B)
    Round 4 Pick 9:*Christine Michael, RB, Texas A&M (A)
Round 4 Pick 18 (PITT):*Brian Winters, OG, Kent State (B+)
Round 5 Pick 8:*Bennie Logan, DT, LSU (A)
Round 5 Pick 21 (WASH):*Johnny Adams, CB, Michigan State (A)
Round 6 Pick 10:*Manase Foketi, OT, West Texas A&M (A)
Round 6 Pick 18 (PITT):*Josh Boyd, DT, Mississippi State (A)
Round 7 Pick 9:*Corey Fuller, WR, Virginia Tech (A)
Round 7 Pick 22 (WASH):*Gerald Hodges, OLB, Penn State (A)

Nice work. How did you get an A- for Player Quality when all your players were rated A? What no trade drafts tell us is that we are going to have holes, even after we draft and draft well. We still need a WR, FS, and a G. Not to mention some depth picks. UDFA will be interesting. It would help us enormously if we could get one trade down that nets one or two more picks in the mid rounds...

I think it wants you to draft based on the "Team Needs" that it lists.

I just drafted BPA. And I was lucky good players fell.
