Would You Take Arthur Brown High in the 2nd?

The OLB's dry up really fast in the draft and that is what the Jets are really short on.

Every time I select Arthur Brown high in one of these mock drafts it scores poorly (B).
    Your Picks:
Round 1 Pick 13 (T.B.): Chance Warmack, OG, Alabama (A)
Round 2 Pick 6 (ARI): Arthur Brown, OLB, Kansas State (B)
Round 2 Pick 7: Tyler Eifert, TE, Notre Dame (A)
Round 3 Pick 10: Jonathan Cyprien, SS, Florida International (A)
Round 4 Pick 9: Bennie Logan, DT, LSU (A)
Round 5 Pick 8: Christine Michael, RB, Texas A&M (A)
Round 6 Pick 15 (N.O.): Kevin Reddick, ILB, North Carolina (A)
Round 7 Pick 1 (K.C.): Zach Sudfeld, TE, Nevada (A)
So at pick 38 it is right around BPA.

He is rated 40th in the draft with a high score of 90 so what is the story?

ETA: He is Bryce Brown's brother (Iggles RB that made a splash at the end of last season)

Is Rex really doing striclty a 3-4 anymore? And would a mock draft game website take something like that into account?
