Would you be opposed to this?

The Jets 9th and Tampa's 13th via the Revis trade and the jets ending up with two of the following: one tackle and one guard or both guards.

    Chance Warmack
    Jonathan Cooper
    Luke Joeckel
    Eric Fisher
    Lane Johson

This would provide for an instant upgrade to the running game and pass protection affecting the entire offense.

I on the keep Revis camp. But if we HAVE to trade him, this is what I'd like to do.

Yes I would be very very opposed to that. I have no issue with getting a potentially dominant guard. We simply do not need a tackle that high.

    I would consider Warmack / Johnson @ no. 9.. no 13 i go w/ Jarvis Jones

What if Brick was going to move to RT?

This would just be overkill IMO.

I say take Warmack/Cooper at #9 then take Eifert or Austin at #13.

Grab a passrusher in the 2nd or 3rd like Cornelius Washington, Jamie Collins or Sio Moore.

    Why?

The guy is one of the best passblocking LT's in the game.

With 9 and 13 I'd hope to address both offense and defense, and it doesn't matter which one we address first. I'd like to see...

    1. A disruptive passrusher / OLB - How long have we been waiting for a true passrush without scheming or blitzing? Get a player!

    2. Best offensive lineman available - We have a few hold-the-fort type guys at RT and OG. Getting a guy like Warmack would be a big upgrade and help the running game immensely (which we'll need since we won't have a pass attack better than the bottom third of the league)

Go back and read the scenario. Aside, Brick ain't getting any younger, and that's how you could maximize, plug in two guards and you are ready to rock and roll if you had a QB and RB.

Yes I would fire you immediately, unless you got another first round pick by trading Brick.

    100% CORRECT

warmack or cooper is fine with the 9th or 13th as long as they are matched with Jordan, ansah, lotulelei, eifert or Austin....maybe mingo

in no way shape of form...another o lineman, Jarvis slow poke jones or geno bust smith.

    Mingo at 9
Cooper or Warmack (most likely Cooper) at 13

That is the best first round I can think of if the revis trade go's down
