If we get the much needed pass rusher ie. Jordan, Jones, Ansah, or Mingo, Coples will be that much better, Mo is getting close to pro bowl worthy, Harris loses a few pounds & gets his head out of his azz, we won't need a GREAT secondary!
Just guys that need to know what their doing & where they should be.
Dawan replaces Bell, so really no loss there.

    Need- TE
    Need- OG
    Need- OLB
    Need -NT
Need- *Austin if we have 2 1st rounders

    * I know the dude is small but he's a FOOTBALL PLAYER THAT RUNS 4.2!
    He'd be Martys Desean Jackson
    Holmes- Hill- Kerley- Austin- Goodson
Thats a pretty damn good offensive lineup, with guys that score from ANYWHERE.

Stop making sense. Half the board is planning Jet super bowl parties after this signing. You are ruining their hopes and dreams.

Could work out well, but let's all be honest. None of the guys we are signing were desired or coveted by many other teams. Idzik is bargain basement shopping and to expect some of these lowkey moves to pan out big would be foolish. If Landry is serviceable, that's all you can really ask for.

I think you guys are severely underestimating Dawan Landry. He hasn't missed a game in 4 years and has started every game for the past 4 years, 2 years for the Ravens and 2 years for the Jaguars. He's averaged 99 tackles and 2 int per year over that span and he is only 30 years old. This is not a JAG, this is a starting safety in this league.

Not saying you're wrong, but the Jaguars were starting a number of players last season that really have no business being in the NFL. That's not exactly a compliment to say a guy started for them last season....

Then that is certainly not injury prone. Thanks

This is a replacement for Bell, not LaRon, or at least it should be. This team is still in the market for a capable FS and has been in that market since 2009. Maybe it's Antonio Allen, but it looks like they'll likely try and find that guy in the draft - Cyprien? Elam?

Number 2 is the top priority.

he is a vet that was "lost" in Jacksonville, I expect him to improve quite a bit going back to a scheme he knows.
