I knew a guy from Hong Kong. He was constantly amazed at how open and spacious New York City is.

    Hope you like crowds.

Anyone know a good bar in London to catch the NFL draft?
They show NFL games in bars in Europe but I have never seen them broadcast the draft. You're probably better off just trying to watch it broadcast on the internet.

If you happen to be in Hong Kong the day of the draft you may want to take the ferry to Macau they may have a sportsbook in one of their casinos showing the draft.

Hong Kong isn't bad. It's got the most impressive skyline I have ever seen on a city and the people are very nice unlike in NY where half the people in mid-town are either a) commuters who don't want to be bothered or b) drug addicts who just need money to "catch a bus to go home."

My wife is there a few times a year on business and is always sending me photos from her room of the skyline and fireworks. SHe wants me to go, but I havent heard of one thing she has encountered there that is worth the looooong flight.

Plus, I see how wiped she is from the flight and time change when she gets home. I might tag along on one of her Japan trips though.

In London my favorite house of Liquid is "The Landor Pub"

    http://www.thelandorpub.com/

Just a stone's throw from Clapham North tube station, The Landor on a Friday night offers a cross section of London's subcutaneous degenerates, various out of work artists and professional unemployed getting laid or getting high. Sin or be sinned upon. Falling out of the Landor at closing time you're a ten minute walk from Brixton if you would like to live a little. You could also strip to the waist on Clapham Common and enjoy a little of that London sunshine that visits more often than it does up north.

That is a perfect tie to where for an over the phone job interview.

Plenty of good ones in Piccadilly Square. On Saturday nights, it's like New Year's Eve in Time Square. Good sights (lots of young women partying).

True, but American Airlines' codeshare/OneWorld partner, Cathy Pacific, offers a direct flight from JFK to HKG. Departs in the afternoon. Flight is about 13/14 hours. Arrive in HKG in the evening.

While HKG is the most westernized part of China (former British colony), my visits to our HKG office is nothing spectacular. Nothing fun to do at all imo.

Subways are real crowded...and don't get on the wrong line. Main city reminded me a lot of NYC

My flight via Dubai was a killer...13 hrs, then about 7 hrs to HK. Then back to Dubai for a day and another 13 hrs home.

A real haberdasher. Thank goodness you've arrived. Things are leaning toward chaos, I'm afraid.

Oh, today's repressed workforce - you can hear them crying out "Don't push me! I'll take my pants off!!"
