The Raiders also play out here against the Giants. The Raiders game is a game to sell now though. If the Raiders and Jets are both 3-9 that game will be a ghost town.

I don't recall ever being this disinterested in the release of a Jets schedule.

    Pros
    - ZERO night home games; seven at 1, one at 4:25. Awesome!
    - Opening at home for a fourth consecutive season.

    Cons
    - New England Week 2 on Thursday Night
    - The Week 4-9 stretch. Ouch. 1-4 at best.
    - Cleveland 12/22. Better go to that game or sell them online for $5.

Solid schedule. Love having no night home games.

And LOL at people saying we'll have some after the flex scheduling. We're looking at a 3-6 team when we enter November.

So fitting that on the eve of my birthday I will get to watch the Jets be bludgeoned in Foxboro, being served stark reminder of what a loser I am for supporting this team for 43+ years. Come on out and buy me a shot!

If the Jets are 6-6 by the time they hit those last 4 games they actually have a decent shot at 10-6 and a wildcard. Got a feeling Garrard is going to end up winning the starting job btw even if we draft a qb.

Even with the well-travelling teams coming to town, the ticket marketplace is setting up to be a fire sale this year. Good luck to you though, hopefully your locations do stand out to those package deal people.
Mezz A Corners, Row 1, I do okay on the aftermarket. 2x my face value is $250, much cheaper than a Club seat somewhere which will be $300 and up for those prime contests (Pitt, NE, Mia, Oak, NO). If you found a smart location in the new stadium, you're somewhat protected against a season like this.

Nope. 90% of the coaching staff is new, new offense being installed, we're up to something like 7 starters on defense gone. If this team has a prayer of a .500 type season, it'll come late as they start to gel.

Couldn't be in a worse position than to have a warm weather Florida team up here in Week 1 and then have to fly to New England 3 days later for the annual beat-down. By the time they catch their breath, they're 0-2 and staring at the Bills as a must-win.

    +1

Sell to the highest payer, watch NFL RedZone and see how everyone else is doing.

    No way.

That's the Rex Ryan sendoff, the one game I'm actually looking forward to.

Oh my, is this ever perfect.

The schedule-maker has a brilliant sense of humor.

December 22, Browns @ Jets, last home game, The Rexecution®.

...and we already have our back page photo.

this is so setting up to be one of those low expectation years and the jets do well. I'm kinda getting that vibe.

    You are so-vibing so wrong.

Sometimes you have a low-expectation year because you are lowly.

Pats get it the same too. Actually may benefit us. Pats get to face the Bills who always plays them hard. They are a lot older then us so will take longer to heal. We will also be coming off of 4 home game. Meanwhile they are in a different town each week.
