How's that possible when the Jets got the pick the Bucs didn't want to give up.

Do u realize what that Pick could turn into.

    LOL

It's hilarious how just a few months ago you called everyone a "same old Jets fan" if they had anything negative to say about the team, now you're going apesh*t and acting like the sky is falling.

Trading away a possible HOF CB in his prime is not the best way to do business in the NFL

It is when it is a no win situation and you walk away with the 13th pick. Easy decision. HOF corners do not get you rings in the current NFL. Let it go.

Here is what you should have said:

"Trading away a SURE HOF CB in his prime is the best way to do business for the NY JETS when the player in question wants $16 million a year. Investing that amount of money in a CB given the salary cap in the NFL is NOT the best way to do business."

A possible HOF CB who for all intents and purposes was set to walk out the door after this year.

So you would've rather kept Revis for one more year, which is bound to be a lackluster season, and then watched him leave for nothing more than a 3rd round comp pick?

We just got a Top 15 pick as well as a future 3rd for a corner coming off ACL surgery and asking for $16 million dollars a year.

Before the Harvin deal, I would've called you a f*cking goof if you told me we could get this kind of haul for Revis.

In what way did we drop the ball on this?

Thank God for the Bucs. They were literally the only suitor out there, bidding against themselves, and we still walk away with the 13th overall pick.

    I'm totally satisfied.

You need to stop being rational you'll give the board a bad name

LOL! (with respect). I don't know, man. It doesn't look good.

Ah, who knows? Maybe Idzik winds up being an ace and crafts a Super Bowl caliber team. Once Rex and the Boy Blunder are gone after this year, we can look to the future with optimism.

This team does not have one star on the roster, a bunch of freaking scrubs from top to bottom. Hey at least we have 1 more first rounder to blow this year, more highlights for our draft blunder reel
