    DBAKE'S GREAT 8!!

i have narrowed my list down to these eight players that i want to be wearing green n white come thursday. with the run that i think we will have on the o-tackles and hoping someone gets suckered into taking geno smith....we should be able to get 2 of these studs.

    in order of preference

    1) D. Jordan

    2) S. Lotulelei

    3) J. Cooper

    3b) C. Warmack

    5) T. Eifert

    6) T. Austin

    7) E. Ansah

    8) K. Vaccaro

Why take a guard so high? We do need to draft one hopefully to start but starting guards should be available in 2-5rds.

If Idzik doesn't pull the trigger on one of the pass rushers at 9 then I'm fine with Jones at 9 (will be 3 down player) and any offensive player not a QB or OT at 13.

Then we can come back in 2,3,4,5 and address safety, guard, pass rush specialist etc. I'm happy to wait till next year for QB

I'd faint if Jordon falls (who thought Coples would fall last year - Tony Pauline had him going 7 or 8 latest) he's first pick.

The good news is two high number ones help big time. The bad news is we have them.

Those are the players u want if available at 9. This is my top 10 in the draft.

    1 - Eric Fisher
    2 - Sharrif Floyd
    3 - Luke Joekel
    4 - Dion Jordan
    5 - Chance Warmack
    6 - Jonathon Cooper
    7 - Star Lotulelei
    8 - Ezekiel Ansah
    9 - Dee Milliner
    10 - Lane Johnson

3 of those people will probably be available at 9, so do we pick or trade out.I think the Jets having the 13th pick just forced the Bills to take Nassib at 8 if they want him. Imagine if someone takes Geno Smith before 8.

I am praying for someone to get suckered into geno in the top 8!!!

we seem to be close on our draft views...so give me your top 8 just for the jets.

i dont feel like going through the whole why guard fight again...so i wont. just know warmack and cooper are head and shoulders above anyone in the mid rounds.

jordan is my dream pick at 9...and it could happen.

jones i just dont trust.....want no parts of him.

I'm down with this list, minus Ansah. For some reason, I think that Ansah could be a Gholston type guy. Hopefully I'm wrong and the guy has a successful career.

I don't have 8 guys who i would pick between 8 and 13 for the Jets. Of the 10 guys i listed, the only ones that interest me seriously

    1 - Eric Fisher - Unrealistic .
    2 - Dion Jordan - unrealistic
    3 - Star Lotulelei -
    4 - Ezekiel Ansah -
    5 - Jonathon Cooper -

Here's my problem with this . I don't think star is a NT fit in the 34, but he could be an awesome 5T in the 34 or a 3T in the 43. Wehave that in Wilkerson and Coples. The top 2 are probably gone, leaving Zeke and Coop. If everyone is telling me Zeke isn't making it to 9, then that leaves Coop.

I don't draft 2nd tier position in the top half of the 1st round, unless that player is special. Coop is special because of his ability to play Center, LG or RG.

Austin, Eiffert, Vacarro, Mingo and Jones are not special. They are specialist, not special.

P.S> I maybe in the Minority, but at the NFL level, i think Warmack is an all pro RG and a solid LG .

Pretty nice list, I think I would throw Jones back in but he'd be at the very end. Jordan would be my dream pick also.

Ideally we get a guard and one of these other passrushers and I will be a happy happy camper.

ansah or jodan can easily be there at 9 if we get the 3 tacles to go.

star coples and wilkerson would be a dominating force for the next 10 years!!!

imo.....cooper is just a tad ahead of warmack...very close and would take chance at 9 if had 2.

if cant trade back...eifert , austin or vacarro are just fine at 13.....prefer eifert...love the guy.
