There are 3 engagement rings available to you for free if you know where to look and how to play their owners. I'll give you a hint:

All 3 rings were at your first birthday party.

I think most girls would rather have a cracker jack ring than gammy's old lady smelling ring.

Where can I get a good cock ring? Any takers?
Check the soccer forum. Lots of Euro types in there.

giving grandma's ring = lots of future fast driving trips to restaurants before the early bird special dinners end.

    Touchdown.

All three love you so much, want to see you happy. All three probably have their engagement rings in a drawer or converted to a necklace.

You explain that you don't have a lot of money but if you could borrow the stone and have it put in a new setting for awhile you'll return it when you're on your feet and buy the wife her own ring as a gift when the first baby is born. After many tears of joy, one of them will give up the rock. Have it cleaned, have it re-set, done.

My mom always wore her engagement ring with her wedding band, didn't put it in some drawer.
My grandma from Italy only had a wedding band, I think.
    Never knew the other grandmother.

My mom did give me her engagement ring from my dad, who died when I was 11. When she remarried, she got a new ring and gave me the old one. But I would never take out the stone and make a new ring. This just has too much sentimental value.

Then again, no one in my family has large engagement diamonds. We're not into spending lots of money just so that other people can go ooo-ahhh, nor do we think that a larger diamond means a guy loves you more. I can think of other ways to show someone you love them.

After that coupon-clipping diatribe? I doubt it.

There ya go, I don't care what anyone says, SAR is a nice guy. I have heard that one played before, however, it's not my cup of tea...I will never say never, but it's not my first idea.

Just hang on; those SAR hugs can turn into choke-holds.

I know of Fabrikant, they're legit. A competitor of sorts to a (soon to be former) client of mine.
