    Idzik Already Getting Calls

    About trading down:

Hopefully we can end up with 2 #1's and 3 #2's that's my dream

You can always trade down. The question is whether or not there is value in doing so.

Going to go against the grain and say that we should stay put. We should be able to get two solid starters at 9 and 13.

If Jets can trade down and keep 4 picks in the top 39 you have to do it. You goota hit on 4 starters though.

I think you make a decision in real time based on who has gone that you wanted; for example, if Warmack goes and we don't have a high value guy we want then perhaps we trade down and still get a starting guard and another player.

    Unlikely given JETS draft history.

The decision to Trade down has alot with how stack your initial board in terms of grades / value.. You field a bunch of calls to evaluate potential options if you move down. It will come down to your plan and where you feel it give you best chance to get value.....

at no. 9, no.13 and no. 39... you should be drafting players you should start immediately....... Depends on whehter you can use no. 9 and no. 13 as trade down picks to secure additional selections...

I think draft is deap @ Safety and WR..... Therefore, I think Jet's have better likelyhood to draft OLB, OG, TE (no. 9 or no. 13). I don't think CB is an option -- wouldn't want to be a top pick that lives in D.Revis shoes, but I think Kyle Wilson is on roster..

    Stay at 9 and 13.

Too many teams are trying to trade down we wouldn't get much if we did.

why? they got 4 starters in 2000 and 3 made the probowl.

if you whiff on a pick better to do so on a high value one instead of JAG mediocrity

or to count on a guy you covet next year to be healthy or around when you get to pick next year

metrics and probability - some pukes here have never heard of 'em

let's stay at 9 and 13 and grab two solid starters for 2013. Then grab a TE early 2nd and maybe QB 4th
