Oh. Nice to see the young men heeding suggestions from finance seminars and investing in bling with money they don't have yet.

I expect smooth contract negotiations in the future, should he become an elite cb.

needless to say, i was disappointed with the outcome.

on the other hand, i like that the Jets followed their board and didn't reach for need.

    oh, no doubt.

he looked so thrilled to be a Jet that his first holdout should commence in the next 36 hours.

I met a friend over at the stadium yesterday to watch the draft. I heard so many idiots loudly spouting stupid comments that I began to think I might have accidentally walked into a phail strip reunion.

For the record, I respectfully kept my stupid comments much quieter.

BTW, how do they get team jerseys with the players name on it right away? Commish announces the pick, and there he is with he teams jersey and his name on the back.

Either they know te picks ahead of time, or each team has a box full of potential jerseys?

They were showing this backstage - this is probably why there was a delay from the time they say 'the pick is in' to the time Goodell actaully says the pick - there is this dude backstage actually making them right on site.

Yeah I saw that. The Jets jerseys still look like garbage. The draft caps were hideous too, like something out of 1994. Nike blows.

I nailed it! If this were Tannenbaum I'd be miserable, but I'm willing to give Idzik the benefit of the doubt if they really went BAP as that is definitely the best way to draft in the long run. Also, I love cornerbacks so I'll go ahead and jinx this Milliner guy by purchasing a jersey ASAP to go along with my Revis and Cromartie. It's a long draft and for once we have many picks left so everyone hold your horses. Everyone said this draft was weak at the top and deep in the middle. There's probably a Things joke in there somewhere.

Seeing as how Tanny and Rex seemed to completely ignore our scouting guys they must be thrilled to be valuable again.

Can't wait for Tanny to get two celebrity guest picks and rope us the Honey Badger and Lattimore in the 2nd.

On the plus side, Spike Lee probably loves the draft caps...

What's the gray patch around the numbers?

Do the jerseys this year still have the sweaty patch on the stomach?

    Horrible design!
