Montreal owns Tebow's CFL rights. Montreal has a starting QB in Anthony Calvillo. Tebow is welcome as a back-up: http://www.cbssports.com/nfl/blog/ja...ights-to-tebow

Don't feel bad for AWFUL "football players" who had everything handed to them.

    Lmao

An inauspicous end for Tebow's professional career.

    He's a BUM.
Pats got Blount (better) for a 5th.
Aren't you the same guy who think Wilkerson is nothing special?

With all do respect, your football knowledge is questionable at best.

    Lagarette Blount!?!? LMAO

Calvillo is no doubt a vastly better quarterback

(FILL IN THE BLANK) is no doubt a vastly better quarterback, too

Whats funny is that he is probably less suited for the CFL than he is the NFL. Everyone keeps saying he should go to the CFL, but they throw the ball a lot more there than the NFL.

    I'm pretty sure it's Calvillo > Tebow

I was just thinking... did any good players go between that traded pick and our next pick last year? Guys that we had a shot at and lost because we traded the pick? Curious... some stat man want to look that up?

It's interesting to see how few "breaks" a player who simply isn't good enough for the league deosn't get.

When lamenting how poorly treated he was, it is also important to see how little interest anyone else in the NFL had in Tebow when we aquired him, and how little interest there is in Tebow now.

Put simply, NFL teams would prefer to have the 52nd ranked Undrafted Free Agent QB from this weak years college QB class.....rather than take Tebow.

If that doesn't say everything that needs said, what does?

One of the dumbest sagas in Jets history and it was entirely the organization's fault. Tim didn't do anything wrong...unfortunately there's only 32 jobs for QB in the NFL and its hard to get one of those when you can't throw the football.

I still can't believe we never even gave him a start given how terrible Sanchez was. But I'm glad he's gone, we need to move on from all the stupidity of last season.
