The man has been on the Job less then 8 months what precisely do those who are complaining actually want him to do!!!
Plus he came out & said the QB job is an OPEN COMPETITION, no more coddling in the front office.
Cut every one of Rexs guys.
Brought back Pace @ low salary, for depth.
Time for Rex to COACH, STFU, & start getting these young guys ready, Davis & the young safeties.
I love this!
Rex is coaching for his damn job, & personally I think Rex got caught up in all the hoopla surrounding this team & lost his focus.
MM will help tremendously, Rex doesn't have to think about the offensive side of the ball except strategy when we are behind, or ahead.
Sorry, but keeping him here is not turning the page. Imagine if Obama kept GW Bush on as Chief of Staff. New regime, new people. Or, same old...
Who wants to turn the page? We just want to win. If GW was qualified to be chief of staff, and he did a good job of advising Obama, and offered another perspective that would be very helpful. It wouldn't be at all the same because he wouldn't be in charge. Replacing everyone would be unprofessional, and quite frankly sophomoric. Thank God we have a grown up in charge, that can evaluate the staff, and replace the people that don't fit his vision. Maybe adjust the responsibilities of others that may not have been used properly. Promote the ones that show promise, and now he'll hire people that fill in the places we are lacking. Firing an asset that has talent, and major contacts just because he was here before you is kind of silly.
