David Garrard is a classy guy

Every interview I've seen with him comes off class.

Excited about Garrard starting in 2013 and giving the Jets their first decent QB play after the last two 52 turnover seasons with T6

June 2 can't come fast enough

I would like to see what Garrard can bring to the table.

    If he's healthy he'll start.

If Garrard has anything left in the tank, then two things should happen:

    1. Garrard should get the start while Geno holds a clipboard.
    2. Sanchez should be cut n June 2d (provided the Jets can swallow the cap hit this year with $4.8 million hitting in 2014.)

they need to put Geno's Locker next to his, and let the learning begin.

Garrard just got my vote - not that Im easily swayed but that interview said it all. Hes miles above Sanchez and Smith.

The man has great character, I can see why the Jets signed him.

I wish him the best of luck, as long as he can stay healthy, he has a good chance to win the job.

I am not sold on Sanchez by any stretch of the imagination.

Garrard is a damn good QB... He doesn't have a lot of miles on him and he's not at the age where he should be finished yet as a QB.

If the back is good, then Garrard will probably start. Hoping Geno outplays everyone however.

If Garrard plays somewhat near what he did a few years ago, with the Jets' defense, the Jets will be in the playoff hunt.

    Just saying.

If we get stability and BALL CONTROL from one of these QB's we can likely win the division.

Last year he beat out Henne and Moore in TC before he hurt his knee.

If he stays healthy, my guess is he beats out everyone in TC.
