    Good Grief.
The same fans and posters who won't get over the fact that Joe McKnight was out of condition at the first mini-camp. Because of his "attitude" problems.

Teddy Bridgewater seems like a Geno "type" QB but younger, looking at the competition he has played i just dont see that huge game vs a top ranked team last season. In fact he had pretty sub par games vs florida international, and connecticut.

Manziel looks good, but he is a 6'1 200lb QB who's does a lot of running and getting him. not to mention he doesn't seem to have above average arm strength. Got killed vs LSU.

Tajh Boyd - dont know much about him, but also 6'1 and more pics then the other QB's.

legit question here. I dont watch much college football...but i am curious as to why people seem to think next year is a "QB year" for the draft.
First off Geno Smith wasn't the first Qb picked first in 2013 draft. Second your going to compare a Second round pick( Geno Smith) to a guy that going to a possible go in the top five easily. What does that tell you what the scouts think about both prospects.

Geno was considered a hot prospect prior to the season. Then he slid down towards the end.

RG3, wasn't and he worked his way to the #2 spot. Would have gone #1 if Luck wasn't in the draft.

Barkley slid from a likely 1st round prospect in a prime QB class.

If Geno stayed one more year he could have either redeemed himself or there's also a good possibility he might never be picked at all and just completely fall out of the draft. Both are just as likely.

This is one of the most hypothetical discussions you can have.

Or possibly going in the second round if he doesn't play well.

No Qb in this draft was considered a top ten prospect. ( There was no luck or RG 111) There was always a chance QB needy teams might have taken them a lot higher than they should have. Just because a Qb was drafted in top ten doesn't make him a franchise Qb. NExt year Qb class will not be be as good as a lot of people are claiming. Some are going to drop but one might rise up to that elite level. If that elite Qb emerges he will go off the board number 1.

This wasn't a highly desirable qb crop this year. That being said, Montana 3rd round. Brady 6th round.... you just never know.

Lol, he tore Florida's elite defense up in the Sugar Bowl. One of the premier QB performances last year.

Do you understand there are a different type of QB draft class every year. Like 2012 was consider a very very good draft class for Qb's . 2013 was always consider a poor Qb draft class. ( sucked to have number 1 pick this year as that Qb wasn't there)

2014 might not be as great as people are saying it will be( some of those Qb prospects skills won't translate to the pro game). ONe Qb will emerge as the clear cut number 1 QB. That Qb most likely will be a way better prospect than anyone that was drafted in this year draft. ( doesn't mean one oF these Qb doesn't emerge with more time to become that QB.. Just at this time, there is as many negatives about that prospect as there are good things to like about prospect. Next year top Qb won't have that many negatives.

This. Unfortunately many fans need the media to formulate their opinions for them.
