I agree - he would be a really nice pickup -- if he is healthy.

Eh. Rather have Braylon, Barden or Lloyd, to be honest.

What is your attraction with barden...he never stepped up with a solid qb in eli. He is 6-6 slow and runs terrible routes.

Based on his size and skillset. With Kerley and McKnight, there's no need for someone like an injury-prone Cribbs.

Really wouldn't call it an obsession. Barden, I feel, is the best of the mediocre bunch left on the market. We need size at the position.

@MoveTheSticks: Not surprised the Jets are going to visit with Josh Cribbs. He had some big games against Baltimore when Rex was there.

Not to derail the thread, but i think Kerley is a BEAST. Whatever the jets problems may be (Sanchez, O line, RB's, WR's), i get a sickening feeling Kerley is going to leave and become a GREAT player after this year. Really think the Jets need to feature him more. A lot more.

They would...but Cribbs would be my 4th choice out of that list.

guys, barden stinks. he's 6'7", runs a 4.6 and hasn't been able to do anything with eli as his qb. you say he has potential but he hasn't even come close to realizing in the 4 years he's been in the league. his potential is the kind that gets coaches fired. he stinks. i don't want him.

Pretty sure Kerley has 2 yrs left on his contract.
