    IMO you cut the peppers too small.

    When you cut the sausage go on the diagonal.

    Agreed, I've been drinking too so that's not helping matters.

    I did cut the sausages diagonally, going back into the Kenmore for around 45 minutes now.

    A meal fit for a pauper!

    As a matter of fact I should call this recipe Serf Sausage & Pauper Peppers
