I should know, I've been making internet comics since 2011.

No. Angst isn't good for digestion. And neither are sausage and peppers.

saute the garlic with olive oil over a low heat, do not burn the garlic or you must start all over with a clean pan, add onions, add pepper, saute until soft, through away the lousy sausage you bought at shoprite and get yourself to a self respecting pork store in an Italian neighborhood, par boil sausage, grill sausage, add sausage to onions & peppers, consume mass quantities.

    How many cloves of garlic?
Does it depend on how far away from the stove I will be hand-wringing?
Salt & pepper in with the peppers & onions, or any other seasonings?
Boil (blanch) the sausauge first, then grill?
Is baking them first, then cutting up/finishing them off with the veggies a no-no? Should I not cut them?

I remember being lambasted in this thread previously.
Also there are no Italian neighborhoods anywhere near me, I am in the sticks of Jersey, it would probably be easier to get a freshly-killed pig instead. :\

idk, you can never use too much garlic, a few cloves, trimmed and sliced not diced...you could bake instead of par boil I suppose, I am not a fan of cooking it all together unless you add a touch of tomato sauce, do not swamp with red sauce no matter what you do...do you have a butcher in town? Anything would be better than some supermarket brand sausage imho

    Yellow peppers are acceptable though.

Onions and peppers should be sauteed in olive oil in a seperate pan.

I bake mine. I also bake the sausage halfway then fry em till completion.
Your crazy, that's all I got to say about that.
