D minus. If McKnight& Wilson do not do step up to the next level, it will be an automatic F.

Only 4 players... 2 of them are moderate contributors at best. Solid D.

    F. Vlad and Conner no explanation needed. McKnight is trash and will probably be cut. So we left with a first round nickel.

None of these guys are 2nd contract players. Terrible draft. The drafts from 2008-2010 really effed this team up.

Can someone explain why Connor failed so badly? He seemed to have the size/strength/skill/desire to be an NFL fullback.

He was talked up, played a little, then just...gone.

    Whats the story there?

There is a reason we tried to get Aso, resigned cro and drafted Millner. The team has gone out of there way to make sure Wilson never starts.

Connor became a Rex Ryan Hype machine because of a couple of plays were he jacked people up and made a hi-lite. Last year, Rex did the same thing with Demario Davis comparing qualities to a young Ray Lewis, but Davis did not show up when Bart Scott went down for a couple of games. Connor was also following in the footsteps of one of the best fullbacks to play the game in Tony Richardson.

He had no awareness of who to block. It was bizarre.

I thought it was only me. Every time you'd see him on the field, Conner looked completely lost.

Solid F Total waste of a draft. GM should of been fired right there.

This should be a lesson to people who think you should only build through the draft and "get younger" and that experienced free agent vets aren't worth considering when building a winning franchise.

With an experienced vet you know what you have. With a draft pick, I don't care how high they're selected or what their combine numbers are or how their scouting reports reads are A GAMBLE. Once in a while you get lucky in the draft, but most of your contribution comes from vets who've been there before.

D is a generous grade, you have to take into account the players they took and the picks they lost and didnt't even have. Closer to an F.
