It's actually against the rules of Golf to take our your wrench and make any such equipment modifications"on the fly" during a round.

I'm an older guy with a serious slice issue and have cured to a great extent using a Cobra ampcell offset driver, 11.5 loft, lite shaft and Bridgestone E6 golf balls

While you're at it, feel free to ask for medical advice, marriage/relationship insights and cooking tips. It is a Jet-themed fan football discussion board, so pretty much anything goes. Or so I'm told.

God help you if you cut the peppers too small.

Common man every 'advice thread' in here is always the same, expect the usual guffaws and buffoonery but it comes with the territory. You will get some sound advice here (on all topics, actually)....eventually.

After trying everything in Golfsmith last season I bought a Taylor Made R11S. It looks stupid but I can hit it. Definitely found that the shaft is the most important factor and what works for me may not work for you.

Golf was invented in Scotland, except they call if gof, without the l.

As for a driver, I'd try Jeeves.

I'm partial to Callaway because they've stood by everything they've ever sold me, even replacing a three year old driver with a brand new free one, after the head had come off. They even sent me a prepaid label so I could send it back for free.

The only way to buy golf clubs is to have the help of a pro using the latest technology. Having the right equipment for your individual swing is the key.

You're not really going there, are you? In the states we call it a disability.

Not as important as a consistent swing which delivers a square club face.

Jack Nicklaus, in his 70s, will beat the crap out of us with a 1960s persimmon driver.

BTW...I still play my Talormade burner. Bought the Rocketballz and can't seem to hit it as well.

Chauffeurs, stiff shafts, handicaps, the Dicks' simulator, big heads, this thread could have had it all. Instead it got derailed by peppers and sausages... god*amned fishooked getting revenge.

P.S. To do good sausage you gotta know where to find a plump one. You can't fluff a skinny sausage, in case you didn't know...

Soooo, if you're looking to save your marriage, stop cooking them. Or cook something else.

Iffin© you're looking to cut bait, keep cooking them. Or mebbe go with the "shrimp of the land."
