Not much out there right now. I think Matt Leinart, Vince Young, Trent Edwards and Byron Leftwich are the only guys who have experience as starters. Not sure who else might be available.

Oh, yeah, there is that Tebow guy too.

What would you do, right now, if Idzik signed Tebow tomorrow and anointed him as the opening day starter?

I would probably cry out of complete frustration and despair. Not kidding.

And I'd probably need a new computer.

Oh, and if the organization would still like to add a veteran, they'd be wise to look at Bryan Hoyer.

    LOL. Me, too.

But, in your Jet fan heart, you know we'll wake up tomorrow and see that Idzik signed Tebow.

It was 50/50 going in I said he probably wouldn't make the team.

i will forever quit the NY Jets if that happens.

and of course, i'll watch as Tebow leads them to a most unlikely Super Bowl victory at MetLife Stadium, softly whimpering and crying myself to sleep whilst cocooned in my newly-purchased Houston Texas Snuggie®.

Could partially be the reason they took Geno.

@taniaganguli: I texted David Garrard to ask if he was planning to retire a Jaguar. His reply: "U know it. Jags"

I think Woody is doing Phil a favor, he could come off the practice squad and be a 3, but who knows.

@stevetisch: Jets may have ruined Garrard's Career

We'll at least we won't have to watch him get knocked out for the season in the 1st quarter of Week 1 now...

He sucks. Great arm but a 10cent head.

Looking at things right now, i would say the best bet is Trent Edwards.

Jets should bring in Trent Edwards.

    That's high hopes.

He didn't even take a Preseason snap for Miami.

I think that would be a great option,I really like Foles.
