    The Justice Department CAUGHT seizing AP phone records

    Please explain how the Justice Department was "caught"? They notified the AP about their subpoenas that were issued. Jesus you guys are hysterical with this gotcha BS.

    Nunes has no proof and it was a dumb thing to say.

    2 months of phone records which were legally obtained by subpoenas is not a violation of the 4th amendment.
