    Should be interesting to see how this plays out for the fans.
    SF City is 45 miles away, and the traffic is horrid enough without such an event.

    Curious if the crowds stay in the new stadiums area, or make that 50 mile commute to the city.

    Second time they've had a SB in the area. SB XIX was held in Stanford Stadium in Palo Alto, CA

    That was 30 years ago, and Palo Alto is only 30 miles away in comparison to 50.
    Im sure the new stadium will be wonderful, just curious to see where the concentration of fans will opt to stay.

    I'd rather have it in SF than in Detroit again

    At least you won't be driving through a war zone.;

    Is the traffic REALLY gonna be that bad? It's on a Sunday... Usually Sundays are pretty light for traffic. Can't be anywhere near as bad as Atlanta, or LA

    Gives R9175 a chance to.get within 70 miles of a SB, something Raider play on the field will never again achieve

    SF and Houston get the next two, Miami left out

    loks like new stadiums get Superbowls... too bad tax payer dollars are "needed" to build these things

    I put a 25 year curse on the Raiders in 2001. They cannot win again until at least 2026.

    Free at last. Free at last. Thank Walt Coleman we're free at last.

    Can't argue with that. The one time I got an opportunity to go to a Super Bowl, it was XL in Detroit. All of the great cities that have hosted the Super Bowl, and I go to the one in Detroit in February.
