    Crabtree tears Achilles

It's being reported that he could miss all of 2013. He tore it yesterday in OTA's.

    Wow. Huge blow.

He was really clicking with Kaep and finally playing up to his potential.

The San Francisco 49ers fear wide receiver Michael Crabtree tore his Achilles tendon on Tuesday, league sources told ESPN NFL Insider Adam Schefter.

Crabtree is undergoing additional tests to confirm the injury, the sources said.

USA Today Sports, citing a person informed of the injury, is reporting that Crabree tore his Achilles.

While a torn Achilles usually was considered a season-ending injury, both Baltimore Ravens linebacker Terrell Suggs and Tampa Bay Buccaneers defensive end Da'Quan Bowers were able to return to play during last season after suffering the injury earlier in the year.

Crabtree, 25, had his best season in 2012 for the NFC West champion 49ers, with 85 receptions for 1,105 yards and nine touchdowns.

Yeah, no kidding. Was gonna draft him in my league if others passed him over. I think he was going to have a big year. Really sucks for him.

The word 'elation' couldn't describe how I would feel if he could pull that off.

You really wanna toss away our best receiver???

Oh, I forgot... All of the SARry fools want the Jets to lose as many games as possible this year in hopes that Rex Ryan would be fired...

    Because they know JACK. SHlT.

Damn, that sucks. I was really happy for Crabtree last year as he came on strong. Was looking forward to some exciting play on field from him and Kaep.

Bad timing too - contract year? basically he will be as they'll have to negotiate with him next summer based on his 2012 performance
