Why should they believe you, when the dead guy on the lawn is from the neighborhood, and his daughter had recently accused your son of date rape?
You act like every instance of questioning is of someone who could not possibly have a connection to a crime. What if you had nothing to do with it, but events conspired to point the finger at you?
It is naive to believe that no innocent man has ever been convicted. It happens. Innocent people have even been put to death.
They'll believe me because they will have factual ballistic test proving my guns were not involved. And if they still don't? I'll tell them to dig deeper. I'll tell them to knock themselves out. I'll be literally an open book. I don't have a son, so they'll never be able to accuse my son of rape.
With advances in DNA testing, they'll NEVER be able to directly tie to any crime. Period. End of subject.
Both Sports Illustrated and the Boston Globe are reporting that Aaron Hernandez will "likely" be arrested in connection with the murder of Odin Lloyd.
Note that no one knows exactly what Hernandez will be charged with. Given that he was reportedly with the victim the night of the murder and is tied to him personally (their girlfriends are sisters), it seems likely the tight end at least has some information. It's unclear if Hernandez has even given his story to the police yet. Meanwhile, the media tracked A-Hern as he left his house in a white Audi SUV to go to Gillette Stadium and then to the gas station. He declined to make any comments.
