If Gronk & Hernandez can't play?

Listen people, I'm as down on what has happened over the last 2 years as anyone but if your telling me that we don't have a chance vs the Patriots without Hernandez (Released), maybe Gronk still battling injuries, & Welker in Denver come week 2, I mean seriously, the Patriots are a shell of what they were, Brady is another year older & the Cro will take care of their new guy Danny A.
I will never give up on a season before it starts like some people here!

I can't wait until Belichick gets constantly questioned about the prospect of Tebow playing TE.

You know it's going to happen.

    Every. Single. Day.

The Circus has moved north, folks.

Wake me up when Brady no longer plays for NE. Until then, it doesn't matter if your dead cat is playing TE for them. He/they still execute.

I agree, but if they ever were to take a step back, this would be the year.

    this made me smile.

As for the Pats vs Jets, they still have Brady, and now have a legit RB in Ridley so they'll be fine..

Figure our D gives up 1 TD.

    Sanchez give up 10 points.

    Our offense scores 7.

If special teams/ our D gets us 14 we could win.

Or just lose 17-7 instead of 34-7

    Brady is another year older.
There is no way they will be in sync on offense in the 2nd game of the year.
Rex is going back to his blitzing ways.
Brady better hope they are all the same page.
So your telling me the rookie Dobson will know blitz responsibility game 2 of his career?
    OK then.

No joke, but without a HOF QB, this is a 4-12 team.

Brady alone will get them to 10 wins... but if they somehow lose him, they are the suck.

I understand sh*t happens, it's the name of the game in the NFL but I for one would like to beat the Pats at full strength (free agents notwithstanding) rather than to lick my chops awaiting a team depleted due to injuries or legal matters.

I'll take a win against the Pats any way I can get it.

    Regardless

The omnivorous domesticated hoofed mammal (numerous varieties of Sus domesticus) with sparse bristly hair and a flat snout for rooting is developed to the point of readiness for the process or period of gathering.

You are effing kidding me right?
If we can play them without Gronk & AH, & we hurt poor TB12s shoulder on a sack, Ryan mallett comes in & Rex runs the score up & hands off with 1 second on the clock to end the game 45-7, I'd sign him to a contract extension!

At the very least I hope our D punishes brady now that he had nobody to dump it off to...

You're not listening. I'm saying a dead cat, literally, could line up at TE -- and NE (on their worst day), could still beat us. They execute, execute, execute. They always find ways to gameplan and work with what they got. You don't think their roster as is, is going to be same as the one they shows up 4 months from now, do you? ..

    C'mon. Wake up.

Can we beat them? I dunno, maybe. But puhlease... spare me the "ooooOOoo boy, they's in trouble now!!" garbage.

Brady would turn Konrad Rueland into an All Pro

No longer a case of If Gronk & Hernandez can play or not.

Hernandez is DONE and will be going to Prison for the rest of his life.

It's now just a case of whether GRONK can play(and that doesn't look promising for the Patsies).

DAMMIT! If we had QB worth a damn, this would be the PERFECT OPPORTUNITY and Season to overtake the Pats.
