That's like assuming Rodgers was always going to be awesome and giving McCarthy and his staff zero credit for his development. There's no guarantee Brady becomes "Brady" if he's drafted by some random team. The Jets would have probably ruined him.
If the Jets were illegally videotaping opponents for most of his career and handing Tom Brady all the defensive calls in his helmet I'm pretty sure he'd have been just fine with the Jets also.

The level of ignorance on the part of you two mystifies me.

This is clearly damage control trying to say Weiss was so much smarter than everyone else and actually KNEW that he would be bringing out greatness in their 6th round QB.

ANY team would have known shortly after drafting seeing him play in preseason games what they were getting. In fact, it's quite suspect on the part of BB that it took him an entire season and then had to see Bledsoe get knocked into the following week to know what he had in Brady.

You must have a brain the size of a pea.

Exactly. Pats fans continue to deny what everyone else knows -- Spygate played a significant role in their championships. Otherwise, why do it? As Tom Brady said on America's Game episode this morning, "Bill is always looking to get an advantage."

Hmmmmmmmm, well-said, Tom. We couldn't agree with you more.

Same Pats fans who downplay Spygate like it was nothing are also Red Sox fans hung up on Arod doing steroids. Yes, Arod did steroids, so did Manny and Ortiz and probably more than half of those Red Sox teams that won the 2 championships in 2004 and 2007.

Can't wait to see ESPN's next 35 hourly specials on biogenesis meanwhile you barely hear a peep from anyone on the station about Aaron Hernandez.

The Patriot Way is deeply ingrained in every New England player’s head as soon as they come to Foxboro, but after Anna Welker’s comments this year (after the Ravens loss)and Gisele Bundchen‘s last season after the Super Bowl, that may not be the case yet for players’ wives..

I have a niece who is a child cancer survivor who is in remission in large part to the work at Dana- Farber where the Kraft family has built a blood center. His philanthropy exceeds over $100 MILLION dollars and as much as you can talk shlt about football, to denigrate the charitable contribUtions from someone who has helped saved cancer victims is about as low as you can go. Maybe you wouldn't be such an a$$hole if you or your loved ones were struck down with the horrible disease.

I wonder if old drunk Bob's young floozy pitches in any of her allowance to Myra's foundation, seeing she was sleeping with Mr. Viagra before her body went cold, it's the least she could do.

Just as I suspected...you're jealous of their ingenuity.

His philanthropy doesn't exceed $100 mil.

A charitable foundation using the family name and through the New England Patriots raised that money. He does good work, don't think for a second that this means he gave $100 mil to anyone.

As a cancer survivor, don't tell anyone what they should or shouldn't appreciate. Using cancer as your newest mode of defense makes you an a$$hole.

    Talk about missing the point.

I never said he personally gave $100m to charity.

I only brought up his charitable foundation because SG3 has been calling his charity a sham. A claim he should be ashamed of perpetrating continuously.

Show me where I use cancer to defend myself. I didn't. So who's really the a$$hole here?
