I can't believe I have to go to Seattle for a shower. Oh, well.

    Absolutely.

In the context of the article, she is a frustrated tax-paying business owner, amongst many, who is being negatively impacted by an indecisive, luke-warm approach towards the homeless problem there, much like what NYC faced in the 80's before it realized the rights of a few shouldn't trump the rights of the many.

    She isnt out there hosing anyone down and I highly doubt this woman, as poorly chosen her words of frustration were, wishes any harm to the homeless;

The homeless described in this article, tend to flock where they they can hassle....without being hassled...and by homeless I mean the segment which is mentally ill/drug/alcohol impacted...

The issues involved here are much larger than the off the cuff frustrated bleatings of this woman, but taken out of context she sure can be made out to be a demon.

Interpretation of that article is a virtual Rorschach test for indication of political leanings.

this doesn't even sound like you. it has the feel of someone very drunk on champagne rather than your usual rambling rant from on-sale beer.

To hell with the homeless.... her idea is fantastic for JI. We need to establish a policy of hosing down the trolls from time to time.

when did hosing down become a crime against humanity?

Wet t-shirt contestants get it all the time and they seem happy enough

Nipsey is in a dark place lately.

I've reached in PMs, all I got was ramblings about "hand wringing" and "whitey."

I've done all I can. Yor turn.

    Why not?

I hosed down a pair of jeans when they needed a shrink, and it did the trick.

No lie I have 11 ferals now with all the mild winters. California in general is inundated. WTF is going on (beyond the aforementioned factors)?

Ship all the homeless to Pamplona, and have the running of the bums....

    Solves everyone's problems.

Can't we just send them all to Oklahoma? Nobody will notice them there.

Instead of hosings, I believe enemas should be given to the homeless. And I volunteer Caltron.
