A bit of clarity on the Goodson and Holmes situations and things are coming together nicely.

Probably best to just not expect anything from them this year. If they do get anything it will be a bonus at this point.

I still hold some hope for Goodson more then Holmes, he has the potential to be effective in this offence.

Relying on Powell and McKnight if Ivory can't stay healthy scares the sh1t out of me.

I agree, once he makes it to the field I think will thrive in this offense. I just dont get the feeling he is going to be on the field very soon.

Finally!! Hopefully, the Jets didn't cave and included offset language in the deal.

The competition with him and Wilson should be interesting. Almost similar to the Geno/Sanchez one with the incumbent not living up to his draft status, but still offers glimmers of hope, while the challenger dropped a bit further than expected but has great talent. It's a stretch, I know, it's late at night.

I don't know why some fans take the attitude of bashing kids on their 1st contract negotiations as if they're making the decisions. These kids allow their agents to negotiate whats best for them. He missed 3 practices and I doubt that's going to be remembered months from now if he's doing well, but i'm sure some will hold it against him if he struggles. It's small minded IMO.

This kidd is really talented and we should hope he has a great year and not be so ready to bash him over something so trivial. This kidd is as physically talented as Cro and with Rex coaching him I think he'll be really good for this team.

Great news! Jets have a triumvirate of cb's that should challenge every wr set out there, the synergy with the new DL is something I'm looking forward to as well.

I guess you don't watch college football....it's truly amazing how many of you seem to be fixated on the negative....the kid is in camp and it's another knock......good lord if the jets were the lions what would some of you be saying. you asked if the kid can play....try watching college ball and you would have an idea about the kids getting drafted.

Should have kept Tebow and played him at corner.
