I don't have a personal beef. But when I come on to read KRL's camp notes I don't want somebody whining like my 6 year old niece b/c people don't agree with your assessment of the team. And I didn't personally attack you. All I did was nicely tell you to stfu and act like a grownup.

Funny, I didn't take it that the post was aimed at you.

Thought he meant the agenda riddled media.

You need to pass and not sound so paranoid and defensive. Enough people have thanked you. You aren't just getting that some are dicks here, are you?

KRL is Mel Kiper while K-Ro is Todd McShay. I mean, i like listening to Todd McShay but when Mel shows up, mcshay needs to quit and defer to the master.

K-ROs thread held me over till KRL could post his. But now that KRL's notes are up, K-Ro's thread is dead.

K-RO, like McShay, is a good understudy bit he will have to wait until KRL decides to hang em up.

Can we continue this ***** fit elsewhere? Thanks.

Great job, KRL. Sucks you're not gonna be in Cortland anymore.

    Yes.

Total bummer. Now we go back to not knowing who the hell to trust!

    To answer a few questions:

    - I can't say Sanchez arm looks bad. Maybe he wasn't throwing full
    force when you saw him

    - The run defense has been stout particularly up the middle. So Ellis,
Harris & Davis are responsible for that area

    - As I said in a previous post Coples is being used by Rex like Adalius
Thomas in BAL. LOLB, ROLB, DL & DE

KRL, how does Powell look in your opinion? He must see these 1st few days of practice as an opportunity to win the starting rb job. Is he doing anything out there to suggest this is possible?

No one wins a RB competition in the first few practices. He can't possibly think that.

But Geno was texting during a team visit, and he's a punk. MM didn't win in Detroit, and Rex stops OCs from calling good plays.

It's nice to be proven right, even if it's a year late. I predict that all those Shotty apologists, and Rex haters that thought they were proven right last year, will have to suffer through another winning season. The Geno haters will be so sad to see us win too.

Powell cannot possibly win the starting job. If he's starting it's because Ivory is hurt. He already has the backup job, because he's a solid all around back. He has no upside though.

You guys gotta grow up though.... Most of his assessments were linear to mine.
I was referring to the media, not you. I appreciate your reports as well, and even defended you in your thread.

    Great stuff KRL

Interested in all the competition battles, in addition to QB

Seems Antonio Allen has a leg up next to Landry, but Jarrett is close behind, what's your assessment of that competition?

You hit on Winters, I really liked that pick, I can see Winters winning the job and the Jets releasing Peterman if Peterman doesn't win the job outright. How about the C position behind Mangold, who is getting the reps, Schlauderaff or Dalton. I could see the Jets keeping at least Campbell, Schlauderaff, and Aboushi as the 3 backups, and keeping only 8 OL. Or does Peterman look good enough to keep around as a vet?

How is Ellis doing? Is he starting, it looks like he's in the base 3-4 at NT, with Richardson rotating in, but today we saw some positive stuff coming out about him, does he look improved, and is a lock to start?

LB position, the starters are Pace, Davis, Harris, and either Sapp/McIntyre, who do you see lining up to start? Big year for Sapp, does he make the jump? Barnes is a fixture as pass rush specialist, Mauga a fixture at ILB? Anybody flashing?

You've mentioned Spann quite a bit at RB, McKnight looks as if he's battling some physical issues, hopefully he pulls through, do Griffin and/or Spann have a real shot if Goodson doesn't make it back?

Awe man sorry about that! And I don't wanna answer KRL's question, but if I can piggy back, Powell had issues getting past the LOS. Our run D was really superb. It's safe to say we have a solid OL, but our run D was just brutal. Richardson/Ellis/Wilk dominated from the start, and Demario's speed got Powell behind the line once of twice. Coples is really good against the run as well, as he's a former 3-4 DE, and played inside at NC.

I'd like to know how Barnes looks against the run. If he can hold the edge, he could keep Pace on the bench. That would make a big difference.

Yep. He's going to prove that you shouldn't draft a guard in the first round. Smart money drafts a tackle that projects to guard in the second, or third.
