You should have seen the one I deleted before I posted that one...

Although your jibe seemed more mean-spirited than playful, as is your wont,
I felt it too much of an overreaction and took the high road. But of course you
can't help yourself and the dooshiness must roll on...

Next time you go anywhere, crack open a browser 1st before you beg for travel advice
and please spare us the stultifyingly boring recap of indifferent offspring and getting lost in the hood.

No matter what identity you post under, one thing remains the same; You are the first to throw a jab, but are are remarkably thin-skinned
when it comes to yourself. Most of the mouth-breathers here (including myself) have gotten much worse than you have in this thread.

The words "tongue in cheek" to you are but a prison fantasy (except when you are laying your delicious wit on someone else)

    Lighten up, Francis.

No,,,,,,,, call it what you want but make no mistake, it is to everyone, that is why it is called and open forum.

P.S. lighten up, we are just having fun. Life is way to short to take this sh1t too serious.

You must have overlooked, like in post 4, some fan of another team who doesn't like what I inferred about their grimy backwater,
as if they were the town personified, issuing a veiled threat (no smiley). Should I have interpreted that kind of message, like
other barbs, as merely typical mirth-filled Hampur banter or a virtual Welcome Wagon greeting?

And of course, me grumbling about pointed insults, has to get turned into a projection of Shawshank-ish homoerotic feelings onto me. ^^^
What the heck, I deserved it for posting pictures of trucks, greenery, sandwiches and pre-sandwich cows instead of "dancers"...

About my "identity" aka my historic nom de plume that Klecktard FUBAR'ed, I'll be glad to have it back.
Other Flushing imposters have emerged of late, sure, perhaps posters and their content transcend labels.

Dude. Relax. I meant be thankful you don't have to live here, cuz it kinda sucks. "Grimy and backwater" seem a little harsh, but I guess that's just part of the unique charm that's made you so popular here.

    I loved the thread BTW.

    Oh. Never mind!

I actually thought London just fine and spotless
compared to other grimy backwaters I frequent.

I saw a lot of other places I would have liked to dropped in on
    besides Auberge du Petit Prince
Richmond St, Walker's on Wellington St,
    David's Bistro, Tamarine

I know Keg and Jack Astors are chains,

    What would you recommend.

I went to Yonkers last weekend. Probably doesn't deserve it's own thread so I figured I'd let everyone here know.

    Yonkers.

It's like the rim area of the anus of NY.

The rest of it down below is simply blow back and peanuts.

Niagara Falls is not really the area for beer. They have a new micro-brewery called Silversmith that makes a traditional German Black Lager, but it really is more wine focused. Need to come a little further West. Toronto has TONS of great micro-brews.

Tru on Richmond for fine dining
Milos' Beer Emporium for craft Beer
    Raja for Indian Food
Che (on Dundas) for Peruvian food
    ditto for Kantina
Early Bird for late breakfast/early Lunch
While a chain, the Keg serves GREAT steaks
Blackshire Pub for an authentic pub night

Lots of places. You come through this way again, message me and the first round is on me.

Needs more T&A. Don't know what that means in Canadia, but here it means boobies and tail.

Otherwise, a fascinating glimpse into hopelessness.
