In what fantasy world did that happen?

Tough time? Not sure where you get that idea. I'm enjoying all the checks you've written this preseason that you can't cash. Getting my popcorn ready, brah!

Oh? Pardon me! Was it not a TD? He only had a SWEET return off a Mesko Punt to set up the WINNING drive from midfield.

Youre a Pats fans spending an inordinate amount of time on a Jets board.

I get where anyone would question you.

Leon has gotten long in the tooth; he's 31 now and probably has osteo perosis.

    Good times!
Me and WCO were sitting together at that game Oakland.

Weirdest game ever. Leon's injury, Jets SHUTOUT the Raiders 38-0, Sanchez gets in trouble for eating a hotdog on the sideline.

Leon was the odd man out with Pats already having 4 or 5 RB's ranked ahead of him. His return duties in preseason didn't produce alot other than a fumble. I like Leon, just wish he was a couple years younger and faster.

    +1

Washington is done. If he was even close to 80% Belicheat would have kept him he fits that offense like a glove when healthy and they need playmakers.

I doubt John Idzik would spend veteran minimum to get Leon Washington back at this point. He wouldn't do it for Brad Smith when he was available. This season has been all about Idzik pinching pennies for what I have seen. He would rather go with rookie contracts for most role players than pay veteran minimum. With that said, I hope they do get him on board. This is going to be a lost season and I would love to have something besides the defense to root for.

Thanks to Tannenbum, we really don't have much of a choice.
Idzik has worked masterfully to accomplish what he has with what little we had to work with.

Hardly. He's a joke and everyone knows it besides Pasts* fans and a few Pasts* fans here, posing as Jets fans.

He's done nothing without cheating and every year that goes by only proves this.

The Harbaughs are both better coaches, who don't need to resort to cheating and countless other scumbaggery for success.

    What exactly has Idzik accomplished?
