The Tyler I liked was Bray. Funny that Wilson was drafted that high and Bray wasn't at all. He did make Chiefs though.

Tyler Wilson is going to be good, I'd be all for signing him and ditching the Texas Tech air raid dream machine we picked up.

"Considered a sleeper of sorts, he struggled mightily this offseason to learn the Raiders offense."

I was gonna say that nobody in the last 12+ years has figured out the Raiders offense. Then I remembered 31 defenses in the NFL have done just that.

When you have the most explosive roster in football history with at least 61 future HOFers counting the practice squad it's hard to fit a kid like Wilson in.

That was funny but when you consider the Jet offense has been worse than the Raiders offense.( look it up) What does that say about your team offense. It makes your post even more funny or sad depending on what side of the fence your on.

Heck, with their roster, they could've carried 4 QBs and no one would've cared. Unless ofcourse, Wilson is also a clubhouse malcontent and wanted out, and they just felt it was going to detract from their rebuilding, but otherwise it's very rare for teams to give up on QBs, even if picked in mid rounds after a few months.

Even if he's Sanchez, still makes a viable backup in the league, as much as people hate Sanchez.
This is the raiders we are talking about guy lol.. Funny how gm can take a flyer on qb in 4th rd and then cut him.. 4th round still has lot of decent talent, wonder how the gm gets to keep his job.. 1 of the 2 top reasons MT got canned was wasting 4th rd pick on tebow ha.. The other was guaranteeing Sanchez extension what a idiot!

    Okay.

Preseason offensive rankings - which is more indicative with the new coordinators

Giving Sanchez a raise and guaranteeing it was beyond stupid because Sanchez was already under contract and coming off a very mediocre 2011 season. Then Tannenbaum compounded the stupidity by trading for Tebow after committing to Sanchez. Horrible!

Again like with jamarcus Russell it better to admit your mistake right away, than lie to yourself and say he will get better( M Sanchez- hold back the organization).
Also finding a UDFA (matt Mcgloin ) that beat him out Tyler wilson at QB, compensates missing on that fourth rounder- NO.

Also by showing you will take the better player and not keep your draft pick ( to protect your arse) Tells the players there are no scholarships on the roster, it doesn't matter if you were drafted or not, you have to still win a roster spot. (or it's good Bye)

and that's why Tannenbaum was fired.

One year could be an accident. That Raiders offense has been better than the Jets for years. True or false. Again so it was pretty silly for the poster to comment about raiders offense , when Jets have had one of the worst offenses in football. Lmao

Oakland has the worst QB situation in the league, one of the only teams who are significantly worse off than we are at the moment and they just cut a 4th round pick from THIS YEAR because he was too stupid to learn the offense.

    No thanks.

How are you defining "for years" exactly? In 2009 the Jets blew the Raiders pitiful offense out of the water and scored more points per game in 2010 and 2011 too.

So if you mean "last year" then yes. Otherwise the Jets have been better.

Lol.. So if the raiders offense has been slightly better than jets the raiders defense must consistently be the worst in nfl every yr not wasting my time looking it up, just know raiders suck so something on that team must suck terrible .. I admire you for sticking with 1 of the worst teams in past decade or more : ) seriously

That is so stupid what you just posted that there is no need for a response. The fact is not one game has been played yet for you to formulate an accurate opinion. What it says you're wishing by some miracle to not have the worst Qb situation in the NFL again.( Title you owned the last couple years)
We can wait for the regular season to confirm that once again the Jet Qb situation is the worst.( Hey at least your consistent)

There has not been one game played, yet you affirm that the Jets will be terrible, and that Doug Martin will rush for 120 vs the Jets.

You must be consistent when to allege thing via the Force and then when it does not apply.
