    Seriously?

We all clowned him hard after the coin toss abomination, and now he's our offenses savior....crazy.

That's what happens when people are tortured for years with Schitty and Shades running the Off.

Great presser with Marty from yesterday.

REALLY like the end where the conference is over and he immediately stops everyone and brings them back in so that he can tell them: "Look, if you need anything confirmed or denied, just holler so that I'll know". I think that's Marty's attempt to try and do away with some of the speculation that constantly goes on. I like it.

What I really enjoy about Marty is how much he reminds me of Westy. A great interview and his love, passion, and knowledge of the game just jumps out at you. I could listen to both of those guys talk about football for hours.

You should reserve judgment until after a few games. Wait till you see how little we run it. Could get dangerous with Geno back there...

Hold your horses. We may clown him again. Time will tell. I am hoping for the best but the coin flip will always be in the back of my mind.

Have you already forgotten that last year preseason we were near last in every offensive stat and this year we're in the top five in most offensive stats. Blah blah blah, it's only preseason, I know I know, but anyone who doesn't think our O will be better this year than any time since Rex got here is just a doom and gloomer.

I am with you on MM. I thought that presser was terrific! No bluster and no BS. Just the facts and call me to confirm or deny. A man of few words and lots of action!

I think our O will be better under MM. He is a good offensive mind.

I like what he said about playing to players strenghts and minimizing strange and crazy things. We are definitely throwing the ball.

With Marty, I don't think there was ever a doubt that we were going to throw the ball. Dude thinks he's playing Madden, lol.

Lol, he really doesn't have a choice with the Bucs #1 against the run and poor pass rushing. It's going to see if the pass opens the lanes for the run. What does he have up his sleeve.

I mean in general. No doubt we're going to do it against TB. I'm really interested in seeing how the screen game comes together.

Bout time we decided to join the "NEW" NFL. While everyone else was taking advantage of all the changes to the game, making it easier for the offense & harder for the defense, the Jets were still running up the middle on 1st & 2nd down?
Geno won't learn sh*t handing the ball off 40 times a game & we aint going to the Superbowl folks. 2013 is all about letting Geno rip it 30 times a game & lets see what happens.

I'd like to see us score early and take a few chances deep early in the game. Just the opposite of the conservative game calling that Soprano and Rex have done in the past.

If we score early I think we win this game.

It will be 60/40 run/pass ratio, with 50/50 on 1st down like MM always is.

They will obviously have to run the ball but I expect to see 3 yd gains.

Exactly - I never want to hear the term "Ground & Pound" again to describe our offense. I'd rather lose because we threw it 35 times and had the rookie make a few mistakes then watch us lose because we go 3 and out over and over again with handoffs up the gut and 3 yard dump off passes.
